Our Story
Why I started QR Heaven
QR Heaven began at a graveside, when I realised just how little of a person’s life can be captured on a headstone.
A headstone cannot hold their laughter, their voice, their stories or the photographs that bring treasured moments back to life. Like many of the families we now support, QR Heaven was created through my own experience of losing someone I loved.
I wanted to create a gentle bridge between a loved one’s physical resting place and the precious memories their family carries with them. Each beautifully made QR Heaven plaque connects to a lasting online memorial, where photographs, videos and personal stories can be preserved, revisited and shared entirely on the family’s own terms.
QR Heaven is here to honour every life, including adults, children and the precious little angel babies who were deeply loved and will always be remembered.
For our beloved pets
Our beloved pets are cherished members of the family, leaving pawprints on our hearts that last a lifetime. With a QR Heaven Pets plaque, you can create a beautiful and lasting tribute to a much-loved dog, cat, horse or other treasured companion.
Each personalised keepsake features your pet’s photograph alongside a beautifully designed QR code, linking to a dedicated online memorial where you can share precious photographs, videos, stories and heartfelt memories.
Together, the timeless physical plaque and digital tribute create a special place to celebrate their life, preserve their story and honour the unforgettable place they will always hold in your heart and home.
What guides us
Compassion first
Every enquiry is answered by a real person who understands that behind every order is a family in grief. There is never any pressure, and never any rush.
Craftsmanship
Each plaque is checked by hand, and every QR code is verified on multiple devices before it leaves us — because it has to work first time, every time, for years to come.
Permanence
Your memorial’s address never breaks. Even if details change over the years, the code on your plaque will always lead to your loved one.
