What is QR Heaven?
Two Things, Joined by a Scan
A beautifully crafted plaque, and a living online memorial — brought together by a single scan.
The Plaque
A beautifully crafted physical plaque, personalised with your chosen wording and photograph, and fitted with a permanent QR code.
The Memorial
A living online memorial created by the family, bringing together photos, videos, stories and memories, and kept public, private or password-protected, with updates anytime.
Honour their life. Share their story. Keep their memory alive.
Beautifully crafted. Meaningfully connected. Forever remembered.
See the plaques, or look at an example memorial to see exactly what one can hold.
Handcrafted with Care
Every QR Heaven memorial plaque is individually handmade with care and attention to detail, and designed to provide a lasting tribute for many years to come.
Before your plaque is produced, we carefully create and check the design to ensure that the wording, positioning and overall layout are balanced and symmetrical. Names are displayed in a larger, prominent font so they stand out beautifully within the finished design.
Your Unique QR Code & Digital Tribute Page
Each memorial photo plaque includes a dedicated, unique QR code linked directly to your own online digital tribute page.
Once your plaque has been created, it will be carefully packaged and posted to you. When we receive the information for your tribute, your QR code will be activated and connected to your dedicated memorial page. Family and friends can then simply scan the QR code with their smartphone to view and remember the life and memories of their loved one.
Your Digital Tribute Can Include
Your tribute page can be personalised with as much information as you wish, including:
- Name and important dates
- Location
- Career and achievements
- Personal life and interests
- Biography and life story
- Photographs and image galleries
- Video links
- Special memories, stories and messages
- Additional wording or information that is meaningful to you
This creates a lasting online space where photographs, stories, memories and special moments can be preserved together and revisited for generations to come.
