A warm, contemporary memorial plaque that places your own favourite photograph of your dog alongside the QR Heaven Pets heart-and-paw design. Simply send us the photograph you would like used and we will prepare the artwork for you.
Finished with the words “Memories that live on, forever”, it sits beautifully on a shelf, sideboard or in the garden room on the included stand.
Each plaque carries its own unique QR code, linked to a dedicated online tribute page where you can keep photographs, videos, stories and special memories of your pet — a place the whole family can revisit whenever they wish.
Full instructions are emailed to you once your order has been placed. When we receive your information, your QR code is activated and permanently linked to your pet’s memorial page.
