QR Heaven began at a graveside, when we realised how much of a life a headstone cannot hold — the laugh, the stories, the photographs, the voice. Like many of the families we now serve, we came to this work through our own experience of losing someone we loved.
So we set out to build a gentle bridge between a physical resting place and the memories a family carries: a beautifully made plaque with a QR code that opens a lasting online memorial — photographs, stories and videos, kept safe and shared on the family’s own terms.
