Personalised plaques are made to your approved proof, so the 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply once production has begun. Before production begins, you may cancel for a full refund.

If your plaque arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match your approved proof, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If a QR code will not scan, we will replace the plaque.
