These terms govern purchases from QR Heaven and use of memorial pages. By ordering you accept them.

Products and personalisation

Plaques are personalised goods made to your approved proof. You are responsible for checking the proof carefully; we are responsible for producing exactly what was approved. Once production begins, personalised details cannot be changed.

The memorial page

Your purchase includes an online memorial page which you create and control. You confirm you have the right to upload the content you add and that it complies with our Memorial Content Policy.

Cancellation of personalised goods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification, once production has begun. Statutory rights regarding faulty goods are unaffected — see our Returns page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability is otherwise limited to the price paid for the products concerned.
