When you order, a private account is created for you — your space for building and caring for the memorial. Only you can access it.

Build the memorial
From My Memorials, add photographs, a biography, stories, family memories and video links. Save a draft and come back any time. Choose public, password-protected or private.

Approve your proof
Before anything is made, you see a proof of exactly what will appear on the plaque. Nothing goes to production until you have confirmed it and our team has checked it too.

We make & verify
Your plaque is produced with the highest level of QR error correction, then the code is physically scanned and checked on multiple devices before dispatch.

Delivered to your door
Dispatched across the UK with tracking — shown in your account and by email. The memorial stays fully editable forever; adding photos never affects the plaque.
