Memorial Ownership & Takedown Requests

Each memorial is controlled by the purchasing account. We recognise that families are complicated, and disputes sometimes arise about content or about who should manage a memorial.

If you believe content on a memorial is unlawful, infringes your rights, or should be removed, email info@qrheaven.co.uk with the memorial address, your relationship to the person remembered, and the concern. We will acknowledge within a reasonable time, may temporarily restrict contested content while we review, and will act fairly between the parties. Transfer of a memorial to another family member requires the account holder’s consent or a lawful basis.
